Elizabeth Hasenfang graduated from Simpson University summa cum laude as an English Major in Spring 2011, and acquired her Life, Health and Accident License in Fall 2012. She has 13 years of experience in customer service and enjoys interfacing with a variety of personalities. She has worked at Robert Bishop Insurance Services as a secretary since 2003. Elizabeth is our resident Prescription Drug Plan Specialist, as well as our primary Covered California (Under Age 65) and Your Health Idaho Specialist.
Patricia Bishop has been a part of Robert Bishop Insurance Service for 25 years assisting first as a secretary and than as a licensed agent. For the past several years, she has helped seniors select the medicare supplement plan best suited to their needs as well as selecting the Part D prescription plan that matches their RX needs. She truly enjoys relating to seniors and getting to know them.
