WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT US
Dear Bob & Liz,
“It has been about two months since I last talked with you, and I wanted to let you know that at last, all my Medicare, Humana, and Blue Shield issues have been successfully resolved! I have automatic payments setup, and as of this month, everything is working smoothly.
I would like to thank you for the considerable help in getting all my accounts in working order, supporting me through the unexpected glitches and obstacles. I do not understand that these things happen, even when all of those involved are doing their best to make sure that things work. That is just good business all around.
What I think is unusual, though, is the generosity you showed me when you sent not only the funds to pay my July and August Humana bills, but the extra generous gift of $25 to enjoy lunch at your expense. That goes beyond good business and says to me that you really take an interest in and are about the satisfaction and good will for your clients. I was not at all amazed at your willingness and your ability to solve my problems, but I was amazed at the extent in which you went out of your way to make sure that I am a happy customer.
Lyn Nice recommended you to me, and she was right that you would be easy to work with. Now I can do the same and recommend you to everyone I know who is turning sixty-five.
Thanks again for all your help, kindness, and generosity!
Best regards to both of you!"
